CELERIO X is in my list because it has a brand trust of Maruti which will give you high mileage and great resale value

Mileage 22 km/pl; 998 cc engine and 67.05 bhp Torque
Cons
no infotainment system in base variant and No rear fog lamps
Price
6 lakh 33 thousand on road (delhi)
(You can also check old Celerio if you want some lower budget)
My view
Best car to buy if you want it for city usage . Small car ,easy handling and great cabin space.
3) Wagon R AMT
Wagon R is best selling car of Maruti in entry level budget offering great mileage in city to city usage
Specifications -
22 km per litre mileage ; 998 cc engine and 67bhp Torque
Cons
Poor build quality due to ncap rating
:old design , Maruti is offering box type design which may unplease many buyers and no rear speakers
Price- 6 lakh 15 thousand ( in delhi)
MY view
Its a great car for a small family. Due comfortable environment inside.car also has great gear shift but has some acceleration issues
Bonus - kwid or s presso
If you want some more options under 5 lakh due to your budget you can go for kwid AMT or s presso
